These Terms govern access to and use of PlyERP, including its website, software, web application, mobile application, demo forms, tools, reports, and related services.
PlyERP is a business management platform for plywood, laminate, veneer, MDF, hardware, door, panel, timber, and related businesses.
By accessing PlyERP, submitting information, requesting a demo, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. PLYERP SERVICES
PlyERP may provide features including:
- Billing and invoice generation
- Quotations and quotation image attachments
- Stock and inventory management
- Purchase and supplier records
- Customer ledgers and outstanding management
- Business and profit reports
- Carpenter and architect commission management
- Barcode facility and barcode printing
- GST billing support
- Mobile reporting
- WhatsApp sharing of bills, quotations, and ledgers
- Product and business calculation tools
Available features may vary according to the selected plan, subscription, or service arrangement.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
- You will use PlyERP only for lawful business purposes.
- Information submitted by you is accurate and complete.
- If acting for a business or organisation, you have authority to accept these Terms.
3. ACCOUNT AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration and business information.
- Protecting your login credentials.
- All activity performed through your account.
- Reviewing invoices, quotations, reports, rates, taxes, and calculations before use.
- Informing PlyERP of unauthorised access or misuse.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- Use PlyERP for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorised activities.
- Upload false, unlawful, offensive, or infringing information.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Platform.
- Copy, resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit PlyERP without written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority.
- Use PlyERP in violation of applicable Indian law.
5. CALCULATIONS AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
PlyERP may provide calculations, estimates, reports, suggestions, and automated outputs based on information entered by the User.
You are responsible for verifying:
- Measurements and quantities
- Product details and sizes
- Rates, discounts, and taxes
- Invoice and quotation information
- Stock and business reports
- Final business decisions
PlyERP does not guarantee that every calculation, estimate, report, or output will be error-free or suitable for every business situation.
6. DEMO REQUESTS AND COMMUNICATION
When you submit a demo or contact form, you authorise PlyERP to contact you through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other business communication channels regarding demos, product information, support, pricing, updates, and service-related communication.
7. PLANS, PAYMENTS, AND FEES
PlyERP may offer paid plans, subscriptions, setup services, customisation, training, support, or other chargeable services.
You agree that:
- Applicable fees and taxes must be paid through the available payment method.
- Plan features and pricing may vary.
- Payment gateway processing is subject to the provider's terms.
- Access may begin after successful payment confirmation.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. USER DATA
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the information entered into PlyERP.
You confirm that you have the right to submit customer, supplier, employee, product, stock, and business information.
PlyERP may process such information to operate, maintain, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
PlyERP may rely on hosting, analytics, payment, WhatsApp, SMS, email, cloud storage, communication, and support providers.
Third-party services may have separate terms and policies. PlyERP is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by those providers.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The PlyERP name, logo, software, source code, design, content, graphics, icons, layouts, reports, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PlyERP.
Using PlyERP does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the User.
11. AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
PlyERP is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.
- Every feature will remain unchanged.
- All reports and calculations will be completely accurate.
- Every defect or error will be corrected immediately.
- The service will meet every individual business requirement.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlyERP will not be liable for losses arising from:
- Incorrect data entered by the User
- Incorrect measurements, rates, taxes, or business information
- Reliance on reports, estimates, or calculations without verification
- Payment gateway or third-party service failures
- User negligence or unauthorised account access
- Loss of data, profit, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill
13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
PlyERP may suspend or terminate access if the User:
- Violates these Terms
- Fails to make required payments
- Misuses the Platform
- Provides false information
- Engages in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
14. CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE
PlyERP may change, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, plan, pricing, or service.
PlyERP will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action, power failure, internet failure, or third-party service failure.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or another lawful dispute-resolution process in Gujarat, India, subject to applicable law.
